A 12-week healing journey for women ready to reclaim safety, confidence, intuition, and joy.

Through meditation, chakra healing, trauma-informed tools, journaling, and empowerment practices, you’ll gently reconnect with your body, your voice, and your inner wisdom. This course will be led by Jenn Woodward and Joy Wilkins.

This is a 12-week bi-weekly 90 minutes 75 minutes together and 15-minute fellowship afterward. 

For women healing trauma, stress, or emotional overwhelm.

The mission of Conscious Energy Awakening is to have a space within the community that is validating, non-judgmental, supportive, encouraging, and guiding our fellow community members on their emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual journeys.

One of the programs we are currently leading is a program guiding individuals through recovery. 

Yoga4Recovery has an Immersion Weekend in March and 7-month series beginning in May of next year.

Are funding being not exclusive to these two programs. Currently they are the two programs with immediate need for 2026.

Our Root Chakra Immersion Weekend and 7-month series programs are intensives guided through the twelve steps to recovery (drug, alcohol, cancer, loss of a loved one, eating disorders, and family dynamics, to name a few).  This series uses Healing-focused Yoga, Pranayama, Chakras, Recovery Work, Spiritual Growth, Mantra/Mudras, and tools to nourish the soul for life, transforming their life in and outside our community.  

Unfortunately, the programs are tuition-based, and many of our fellow community members cannot always afford the offerings that could make the lasting impact in their lives.

We created the Scholarship Fund to meet this need. We are reaching out to the Community and asking for a monetary donation that fits your budget so that I may add to the scholarship program that will be awarded to a struggling member in our community in need of a recovery program.

No amount is too small. 

The scholarship Fund will allow for partial and full scholarships for tuition, as the money is available.

The scholarship fund operates year-round to provide continuous support to our participants. This will help us address the needs of the applicant attendance criteria has been successfully fulfilled. However, a financial barrier is a so remaining challenge that needs to be addressed.

The mission of Conscious Energy Awakening is to have a space within the community that is validating, non-judgmental, supportive, encouraging, and guiding our fellow community members on their emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual journeys. Our 3 Sound Baths in December were an AMAZING success.

In addition to our Sound Bath experiences we are asking for a monetary donation that fits your budget so that we may add to the scholarship program fund.

We are looking forward awarding our future applicants and member in our community in need of a recovery program. No amount is too small. The scholarship Fund will allow for partial and full scholarships for tuition, as the money is available.
